-processing vendor invoices
-preparing payments
-assisting with month-end closing tasks related to payables
Accounting Clerk – General Ledger Support
-reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries,
-assisting with financial reporting
Accounting Clerk – Payroll and Benefits
-entering payroll data
-verifying timesheets,
-maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits

Qualifications
DEC or AEC in Accounting
1-2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with SAGE, Quickbooks, SAP or ERP Systems (an Asset)
