Position: Accounting clerk / purchasing

Responsibilities
- Accounts payables, 3 way matching with purchase orders
- Enter invoices into the system
- Participate in payroll timesheet preparation
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for pricing, availability and more
- Follow inventory and communicate with transport companies for containers coming from overseas
- Send purchase orders and all necessary proofs
- Maintain client / supplier relationships to ensure long lasting partnerships
Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in French and in English
- Must be a team player
- Must have the ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats!
- Experience with Sage 50 a strong asset
