Responsibilities
- Data Entry for AP and AR
- Reviewing statements to ensure invoices have been processed
- Managing PO's
- Entering credit card statements
- Managing vendors and sub-trades for invoicing purposes
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced accounting role, having experience in construction is an asset
- Diploma in Accounting
- Must take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, great prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely organized and willing/open to learn new skills
- Can handle pressure and deadlines
- Tech-savvy (experience with MS Office and ideally Sage 300)
- Very professional, presentable, outgoing and can work well with a team
