Responsibilities
Send account statements to clients and ensure proper follow-up.
Actively collaborate with members of the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
Manage the department’s general email inbox and forward inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
Enter accounting data, process incoming payments, and prepare certain billing documents.
Provide administrative support to the team, including updating files, managing documentation, and performing other related tasks.
Assist in processes related to accounts payable and payment tracking.
Qualifications
Diploma in accounting, administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Proficiency with accounting software (knowledge of Maître is an asset).
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating and working in a collaborative setting.
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written) required.
