Responsibilities
- Assists in the monthly financial reporting processes to support the financial
reporting infrastructure
- Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for accounts payable and receivable
- Coding of transactions in ERP system (payables, receivables, credit cards, bank
reconciliations, online expenses etc.)
- Collaborates with the Accounting Manager to identify weaknesses in current
processes and systems
- Performs procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information
- Supports the Accounting Manager to develop business processes to support
management information needs, decisions, and control frameworks
Qualifications
Accounting and Finance Degree
ERP Experience
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in managing day-to-day financial activities such as processing AP and AR invoices, bank reconciliations, etc.
Ambitious, not afraid to take on more responsibilities as they come.
