Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Record financial transactions in Sage Business Vision
- General Ledger Account analysis and reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
- Maintains compliance with all ATP policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and/or Business required
-3+ years of related working experience
-Coupa and SAP experience an asset
-CPA enrolled or working towards designation preferred
-Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
-Able to identify unusual entries, discrepancies or problems and resolve independently
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and work with internal local teams and
-external global teams
-Excellent organization skills and time management with strong attention to detail
