-Operate and maintain print and bindery equipment, including digital production printers, hydraulic cutters, and binding machines
-Provide support to Client Associate positions and assist with peak workload demands
-Participate in training new employees and support administrative tasks as needed
-Communicate process improvement opportunities to management
-Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with clients
-Travel to supported accounts using reliable transportation when required
-Adapt flexibly to various client environments and work with minimal supervision
-Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a service delivery role
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Proficiency in computer applications, with basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) preferred
-Ability to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
-Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move frequently throughout the workday
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes
-Reliable transportation for potential travel to client sites
