We are seeking a mature, reliable, team player to join a rapidly growing chemical company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principals, and have clear communication skills. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Handling incoming customer inquiries and determining their needs
Responding to inquiries regarding existing orders
Initiating outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Entering orders into the system
Participating in telephone sales campaigns
Working cooperatively with other departments
Qualifications
3+ years of office-based customer service experience (ideally in an industrial setting)
Mature attitude
Reliability
Teamwork skills
Clear communication skills
Understanding of technical concepts
A background in chemistry or science (an asset)
Proficiency in SAP would be an asset
