Responsibilities
Customer Contact: Provide inbound and outbound support to customers, creating a legendary customer experience. Navigate multiple systems to update customer information. Utilize effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
Account Review & Maintenance Activities: Conduct account reviews, identify discrepancies, and determine appropriate actions based on procedures. Follow compliance procedures and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions. Adhere to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact center role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable making and receiving calls
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve problems
Nice to have: Banking experience, additional language capabilities (Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese).
