Responsibilities
Here are the tasks you will be responsible for while working for our client in Brossard:
Process accounts payable (complete cycle)
Perform bank reconciliations;
Process and verify payroll (unionized/non-unionized);
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and union regulations in various provinces;
Contribute to the improvement and development of payroll-related applications (timesheet management software);
Verify payroll allocations within projects;
Analyze and track employee expense accounts;
Prepare year-end T4s & Relevé 1 forms and related reports;
Perform any other accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Here are the required skills for the Accounts Payable Technician position:
Experience in accounts payable;
DEP, AEC, or DEC in accounting;
1 to 4 years of experience with unionized and non-unionized payroll;
Knowledge of CCQ payroll is an asset;
Functional level of English;
Professionalism and attention to detail.
