Responsibilities
•Utilize available lead generating tools such as cold calling, e-mailing, site visits and social media to cultivate new business accounts
•Ensure that customers understand available products and services utilizing a solution selling approach
•Use effective relationship building skills and probing techniques to successfully close sales
•Build a territory, and report on activity and ensure effective opportunity insight through a sales funnel.
•Partner with cross functional teams to enter customer orders, deliver hardware and conduct product training.
•Ensure timely preparation and delivery of business contracts
•Participate in team meetings and projects to improve processes and sales output
•Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience from prospecting to sale to post-sale.
Qualifications
•Seasoned and experienced telecom sales specialist
•Love for technology and selling complex solutions
•Competitive, passionate and a desire to succeed
•Focused on providing exceptional customer service experience every single time
•Go-getter attitude, self-starter and self-motivated
•Team player and respect and value other’s opinion
•Comfortable taking action, showing initiative and feels empowered to lead
•Experience in outbound cold calling sales capacity
•Multitasking and Organizing skills
