A fast-growing professional training company is looking to hire an Account Manager for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities
Respond to companies interested in training services
Manage the proposed solution process: drafting and following up proposals until agreement is reached;
Collaborate with different teams until project completion;
Verify customer satisfaction;
Contribute to the development of proposed solutions (training, services, etc.);
Draft calls for tender;
Administrative tasks;
Qualifications
-5+ years in customer service, customer portfolio management (b2b) and service sales
-Ability to communicate, present and influence different levels of an organization;
-Experience in sales and negotiation
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
-Collaborative and empathetic spirit
-Knowledge and interest in IT - an asset
