Responsibilities
-Sales of our products and services to customers with focus on higher margin brands and products
-Review your open sales orders to push sales to closure
-Achieve revenue targets while maintaining profit margins
-Minimize repeat customer service visits
-Outbound calling, customer visits & prospecting
-Greet customers in the showroom and provide assistance
-Answer customer inquiries within 24 hours
-At home customer visits when required
-Deal with customer complaints and issues before escalating
-Follow the Ultimate Home Comfort Operations Manual on Sales Process
-Ensure showroom shelves are stocked and customer friendly
-Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
-Keep working area desk perfectly clean
-Learn and implement the UHC Sales System
Qualifications
-The ideal candidate must have a minimum high school diploma with proficient
-knowledge in the following areas: Customer service; Computers; home renovations /remodeling.
-The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following personal attributes: Honest & trustworthy; respectful of others; flexibility; sound work ethics; attitude of continuous improvement; positive outlook; self-motivated and hard working.
-The hours of work will vary from Monday to Saturday and on occasion, could be off-site venues (such as trade shows).
