Account manager - customer service

📍 Location: Boucherville
🚀 Start date: Immediately!
🕒 Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
🏠 Work mode: 100% face-to-face (telecommuting possible).
💰 Salary: $48,000 to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests (kitchen designers, cabinetmakers, designers, architects, etc.) by e-mail and telephone
Processing orders
Management of return requests and complaints,
Search for solutions and after-sales support

Qualifications
Customer service experience (2 years)
Curious and positive personality
Comfortable with technology
Good learning skills, you'll be constantly learning about new products
