Responsibilities
- Manage client & agency relationships. Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across the upper levels of the organization.
- Leverage your client management, industry, and product expertise to scope and understand customer strategic and tactical objectives, to best consult on the adoption of SA360 technology and best practice solutions to drive search marketing success.
- Work closely with the SA360 owners to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within the accounts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and issue resolution to enable client success.
- Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills/Experience/Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- 2+ years experience with search/performance marketing products
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with the Search Ads 360 platform.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated solution-based selling success and customer relationship skills.
