• The Project Manager Level 2 is responsible for the successful completion of medium to high risk and highly complex business process change or similar projects safely, with quality, within budget and on time by leading cross-functional teams and applying project management principles.

Responsibilities
We are technically transforming various stations in our Non-Integrated Areas to add battery energy storage, microgrid control systems and other equipment to be able to integrate energy from First Nations owned renewable generation and displace diesel generation. These capital projects are being delivered through Project Delivery group and are known as the SUREI program [Station Upgrades for Renewable Energy Integration]. These technical changes in the stations are driving a need to change or update some of our operation, maintenance, and asset management processes.
The PM, Business Process will work with the Program Manager for the SUREI capital program, the capital project delivery teams, equipment suppliers, business leads in operations and asset management groups and change management to plan out and manage the delivery of work packages and projects that relate to designing new or updating existing business processes to ensure the successful operations, maintenance and sustainment of the updated stations .
The PM will create and manage workplans and schedules, manage milestones, resources, provide communications and ensure good delivery and coordination of the various business process projects. They will also play a role in helping to design the new or updated processes as needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, transformational environments and is passionate about delivering impactful and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in project and program management of business process change,
• Expertise and experience building new and or changing existing field operations/maintenance/asset management processes driven by changes in equipment/technology.
• Expertise and ability to work effectively in complex multi-stakeholder environments, including external entities like 3rd party suppliers.
• Expertise in process development, resource planning, leading diverse project teams,
• Ability to understand technical information and translate to different audiences. Preference for having expertise working on business process changes related to field maintenance and operations, front-lines, engineering and asset management groups.
