• The Project Manager Level 2 is responsible for the successful completion of medium to high risk and highly complex business process change or similar projects safely, with quality, within budget and on time by leading cross-functional teams and applying project management principles.

Responsibilities
Work Assignment Requirements:
A minimum nine (9) years of project management experience or equivalent.
The Standards of Conduct program is undergoing a review. Looking for a qualified candidate to lead the scope of work which will include developing strategy regarding governance, reviewing existing documentation and developing and executing a plan to revise and update said documentation (including drafting terms of reference, RACIs, working documents and training). Work will include engaging with external entities including other SoC peers, managing contracts to obtain third party reviews and interfacing with various levels of internal management.
Skillset will include strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrated project management including developing schedules and implementation, strong writing skills to revise documentation and prepare presentations, great teamwork and a self-starter.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Demonstrated governance and/or regulatory experience
- strong interpersonal abilities

- strong writing skills to revise documentation
- prepare presentations
- great teamwork and a self-starter.
Nice to haves:
- Must be able to start work as soon as possible as manager is looking to hire someone urgently.
