Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Cutting material using a bandsaw
🔹 Prepping materials for welding and organizing pallets for projects
🔹 Drilling holes with a drill press and magnetic drill
🔹 Grinding mill scale from plates to prep for welding
🔹 Packaging bolts and finished goods for shipping
🔹 Running a CNC plasma table
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Comfortable using hand tools (grinders, drills, hammers, etc.)
✔ Able to read a tape measure accurately – details matter!
✔ Can lift up to 75 lbs when needed
✔ Able to complete logs and records for daily work
✔ Fluent in English (reading/writing) for clear communication
✔ A team player who can also work independently
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
✅ Experience operating a bandsaw
✅ Forklift experience
✅ Welding experience and any CWB tickets
✅ CNC table operating experience
