• Understanding the eCommerce business is crucial to aligning analytics strategies with company goals.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360 ensures accurate data collection, insights generation, and reporting.

• Creating tailored reports, including custom dimensions, segments, and goals, allows stakeholders to get precise insights into performance metrics.
• Continuous communication with product owners and business stakeholders ensures that analytics requirements are understood and met.
• Collaborating with the web analytics team for efficient tag management, including QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Ensuring that data is accurate and trustworthy is a cornerstone of any analytics strategy.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Undergrad or Master’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics or related quantitative fields shows a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and technical problem-solving.
• At least 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience implementing Adobe Analytics on and native apps
• Advanced-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with the Web Development Lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment) is critical for understanding how analytics tags fit into the broader development process.
• A good understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks.
• A strong motivation to enhance developer productivity and the customer experience indicates a mindset focused on optimization, efficiency, and user-centric solutions.
• Proven experience working with Jira boards, including setting up Kanban or Scrum boards, managing workflows, and tracking task progress in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and how they integrate with Jira.
• Ability to create and manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and break down projects into manageable pieces.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues that may block project progress.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack) and a strong understanding of how Jira integrates with these tools.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Soft Skills:
• A highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail. Able to effectively multitask and prioritize competing demands while ensuring project deadlines are met, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product teams.
