Our leading client is seeking a Process Engineering manager to oversee a team responsible for the commercialization of new products and improving the quality of existing ones. The role involves managing new product launches, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities
•Lead the New Product Launch Process and ensure technical accuracy.
•Collaborate with clients to align on technical requirements.
•Coach and develop staff to meet business and project goals.
•Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
•Ensure compliance with OHSA guidelines and FDA validation requirements.
•Prepare documentation for product hand-offs to production teams.
Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
•5+ years in Operations Management within a GMP manufacturing environment.
•Experience in commercialization of new products (food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals).
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and/or TPM methodologies.
•Proficiency with MS Office, ERP, and Production Monitoring Systems.
