We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and autonomous Helpdesk Technician with expertise in Windows 10 & 11 to provide technical support, system upgrades, device imaging, and troubleshooting for a large group of end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure laptops, tablets, and other hardware using standardized imaging tools and scripts.
- Upgrade and migrate systems to Windows 11, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.
- Set up and deploy new devices, including tablets, laptops, and workstations.
- Manage backup and recovery processes to safeguard user data during upgrades.
- Perform and verify system backups, ensuring successful recovery when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software assets.
- Conduct routine maintenance to optimize end-user device performance.
- Provide first-line support for Windows 10 & 11 devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with Windows updates, group policy configurations, and security settings.
- Support users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with peripheral devices such as printers, docking stations, and monitors.
Qualifications
Fluently Bilingual (ENG/FRE, FRE/ENG)
Must hold a valid Secret Clearance
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 & 11 installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of imaging and deployment tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, Intune, or equivalent).
Experience configuring and managing hardware assets (laptops, tablets, workstations).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows updates, and endpoint security.
Familiarity with backup and recovery processes to protect user data.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and security settings.
Ability to support and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, docking stations, external monitors, etc.).
