We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing facility in Brantford.
Shift: Straight Days - 2 Openings - Wednesday to Saturday + Sunday to Wednesday (two separate roles)
Timing: 6am to 4pm
Location: Brantford
Must have a valid millwright or electrical ticket

Ideally someone from a consumed goods manufacturing facility (food) with more than 5+ years
Prior leadership experience would be an asset

Responsibilities
- Supervise the team and workflow of the manufacturing facility
- Act as a guide and challenge production in order to improve effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Coordinate work schedules and correspond with production priorities
- Ensure that the teams have PM schedules coordinated for the week
- Schedule repairs and maintenance of all machinery
Qualifications
- Millwright or Electrical certification with more than 5+ years in the manufacturing field, ideally from food
- Prior experience a leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Word and most computer programs
- SAP experience would be an asset
