Responsibilities

•Lead user story creation and design iteration in agile sprints
•Conduct accessibility compliance testing and analyze user behavior metrics

•Measure product KPIs and continuously improve live systems
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience in UX design using user-centered and agile methodologies
•Proven expertise in responsive and mobile-first design best practices
•Proficiency with tools like Axure, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, Zeplin
•Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, NodeJS) is a plus
•Degree/diploma in Graphic Design; certifications in HCI, usability, or UX a strong asset
•Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
•Experience in Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases of product lifecycle
•Demonstrated ability to produce UX deliverables aligned with agile processes
