Responsibilities

•Produce technical and application design documentation
•Ensure compliance with standards on security, privacy, and accessibility
•Execute test deployments and manage post-implementation support

•Support secure messaging gateway systems and payment gateway integration
•Provide coaching and direction to junior team members throughout the SDLC
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in SOA application development with J2EE, Java, and Oracle
•Proven experience managing wireframes and translating BRDs into technical documents
•Strong background in troubleshooting, technical assessments, and QA testing
•Experience preparing deployment packages and conducting system walkthroughs
•In-depth understanding of middleware, gateways, and secure messaging protocols
•Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis, design, and documentation practices
•Hands-on experience with Government Payment Gateways and secure messaging systems
•Familiarity with multidimensional databases, facts, and dimensions
•Solid knowledge of system environments, RAD methodologies, and change management principles
