•Perform functional, non-functional, accessibility, and integration testing across Panorama and REACT systems

•Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, and maintain defect logs using tools like Jira and Confluence
•Conduct web service queries using SOAP-UI, POSTMAN, or equivalent tools
•Review business and technical documentation from a testing perspective
•Develop and execute automated test scripts and support test result reviews
•Validate production releases and ensure completeness and data integrity
•Support business walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and cross-system integration testing
•Document findings, retest issues, and provide sign-off recommendations based on successful testing outcomes
Qualifications
•7+ years of QA experience with leadership in planning and coordinating testing efforts
•Hands-on experience testing COTS solutions, APIs, HL7-FHIR web services, and security components (SAML, JWT)
•Proficient in creating complete testing artefacts: test strategies, scripts, reports, and traceability matrices
•Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium), accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0), and SQL-based data validation
•Strong knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
•Proven ability to manage defect reporting, issue tracking, and perform root cause analysis
•Public health IT project experience and familiarity with Panorama are considered assets
