Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Accurately enter orders and ensure timely processing.
Handle warranty requests and special inquiries.
Identify business opportunities and promote monthly specials.
Assist with general warehouse tasks when necessary.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pool products is a plus.
