The projects this individual will work on are highly important to this growing organization, and our client is searching for someone who has worked on projects for organizations going through rapid growth.
This is a 12-month contract, which requires the Project Manager to work onsite at our client's office in Mississauga.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery
• Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established goals.
Strategic Integration
• Create and implement tools, processes, and workflows to achieve organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
• Provide regular project updates, including status reports, identified risks, and resolution strategies.
Risk Mitigation
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies to address them proactively.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout all project phases.
Team Leadership
• Guide and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
Performance Management
• Use appropriate tools to track project performance and outcomes.
• Report progress, manage discussions, assign tasks, and track action items while addressing challenges and roadblocks.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, focusing on strategic initiatives.
• Experience in the Media/Advertising industry is a plus.
Skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
