Responsibilities
- Stay on top of communications and keep customer invoicing files neat and organized.
- Process vendor invoices like a pro, ensuring quick approvals for system posting.
- Reconcile customer accounts and keep the accounts receivable ledger spot-on.
- Team up with finance and operations to speed up collections and keep things moving.
- Keep detailed and accurate records for all transactions with customers and vendors.
- Be the go-to person for customer and vendor inquiries, managing collections and solving issues with ease.
- Track and update the team daily on the status of accounts receivable aging.
- Jump in and assist with a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and special projects when needed.
Qualifications
- A diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Accounts Receivable role
- Bonus points if you're familiar with MS Dynamics Business Central!
- Strong communication and client service skills to keep things running smoothly
