We are excited to announce the winners of the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) awards for 2019! The awards were given based on an impartial survey conducted on hundreds of companies operating in Canada.
These companies were assessed on ten criteria, such as salary and benefits, career progression, financial health, contributions to society, interesting job content, job security, work atmosphere, use of the latest technology, reputation, and work-life balance.
For the third consecutive year, Microsoft Canada has been crowned as the top winner, making it the best employer brand in Canada for 2019. As a result of its achievement, Microsoft Canada has earned a spot in the REBR Hall of Fame for the next two years.
