Each year, Randstad updates the top 20 most reputable companies list using the survey results from its annual Employer Brand Report.

The report presents the results of a representative survey in which 163,000 people and 5,944 companies worldwide were asked about employer branding. It includes valuable information to help employers shape an attractive employer brand.

In 2022, respondents rated each company on five key factors when choosing an employer:

  1. attractive salary and benefits
  2. work-life balance
  3. job security
  4. pleasant work atmosphere
  5. good training

The survey results also show that some companies in the ranking are attractive because they are perceived as having:

  • financial strength
  • well-paid employees
  • opportunities for advancement

Others are listed primarily because of their excellent reputation or the image of a pleasant work atmosphere. For more information, check out our downloadable report below.
