Role: Service Manager
Salary Range: $60-$65K/year PLUS possible commission/bonus
-Investigate and execute warranty repairs, reporting and recording and calculate all warranty costs by project
-Schedule and document all service projects.
-Supervise service crews and schedule 3 teams of mechanics
-Schedule and record required project labour.
-Train, advise and maintain communication with all service crews.
-Coordinate parts and material needs for projects and inventory.
-Perform and record monthly ‘tool box talks’, safety and van inspections.
-Investigate, record and discipline service employees.
-Periodically follow up on customer satisfaction
-Generating sales in addition to the Sale's team
-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
-Electrical or Mechanical background an asset
-Strong planner, exceptional customer service and must not have a fear for heights
-HVAC knowledge required
-Someone who has Management skills and who is proactive
-Comfortable to cold call in order to generate additional sales
