Our client based in Toronto is in search of a Service Desk/Print Fleet Coordinator for an exciting new project.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of technical working experience with a very strong background in Windows XP, Windows 7 and Office 2007. Applicants are required to have a high level of knowledge of Multi-functional printers, possess MCSA, MCSE and a post-secondary Information Technology diploma. Basic knowledge of network devices and of Nortel's CS1000 is a definite asset.
Successful applicants will be asked to field incoming help requests form end users, manger the Printer Fleet and coordinate all tasks related to ensuring optimal performance. They must maintain effective lines of communication with higher support groups and monitor Service Desk Mailbox and IS Service Request Process.
