Our client, an elite home builder out of the Stoney Creek area is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their team. They are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated candidate. An individual that will directly oversee the sales of communities located in Golden Horseshoe area. In addition demonstrate the home, perform financial analysis, generate competitive market analysis, manage sales associates, work through construction related issues, and maintain long term relationships with buyers.
Requirements:
Highly motivated
Willingness to work weekends
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Sales Management experience REQUIRED in new home construction/commercial
College/University degree preferred
Leadership experience
