One of our clients is currently seeking an HR professional for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of HR and be a self-motivated individual. We are looking for a results-driven individual who is very comfortable with day to day HR tasks and functions, including recruitment. More precisely, your principal responsibilities will be the following:

- Full Cycle Recruitment: targeting top talent through a variety of sources including social networking, creating job postings, screening resumes and candidates, in person interviews, administering screening tests, presenting candidates to hiring managers, creating an efficient recruitment process, reference checks
- Training and Development: facilitating new hire orientation and on-boarding, assess and make improvements to the orientation binder, coordinate training for employees, coordinate and assist with progress meetings between team members and managers
- HR Administration: create job descriptions, prepare employment contracts, update the employee handbook, maintain the HR database, HR reporting, benefits
- Employee Relations: acting as point of contact for employees, communicating HR policies and initiatives to the employees
- Health and Safety: participating on the committee, ensuring compliance, emergency plans, accessibility
- Other tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

- University Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, CHRP or in progress
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, experience recruiting for a variety of roles at different levels
- Results driven and good with deadlines, able to thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with managers and employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to use good judgment
- Self starter, flexible and positive attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to excel in a collaborative environment
- Strong technical skills: MS Office, exposure to Salesforce would be an asset
