Responsibilities

•Ensure packaging and manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every product according to the specified cleaning SOPs.
•Maintain the wash-up areas to ensure that it meets GMP Standards at all times.
•Maintain cleanliness of the Packaging and Manufacturing rooms and equipment storage rooms.
•Maintain cleaning records.
•Ensure that the correct cleaning supplies and sanitizing solutions are used during the cleaning process.
•Manufacture bulk product under stringent GMP and SOP conditions.
•Checks meters, scales, load cells, temperature indicators, mix indicators and other manufacturing equipment for proper calibration/accuracy.
•Responsible for correctly filling out all applicable manufacturing tags and documents.
•Assist mechanics in the re-assembly of packaging equipment.
•Weigh, verify, and compound raw materials according to the Manufacturing Work Order instructions.
•Reconcile batch records to ensure bulk product weights meet customer specifications.

qualifications:Qualifications
•Minimum post secondary education is required in a related field, preferably a two (2) year technical degree. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
•Minimum of one to three years of experience in a production or pharmaceutical environment.
•Flexible with the ability to adapt, respond quickly and manage change in a fast paced environment.
•Computer proficiency, strong math skills, mechanical and troubleshooting proficiency.
