| description: | Randstad is currently recruiting for Machine Operators for our automotive client located at AIRPORT ROAD and DERRY in Mississauga!!
This will be a long term position leading to PERMANENT hire based on performance!!!
What will you be doing?
- Inserting exterior trim parts into a machine to shape and form the part
- Quality inspection of parts to ensure there are no defects
- Packaging parts based customer orders
- Other light general labour duties as assigned |
| advantages: | What's in it for you?
- Full time work, 40 hours per week!
- Long term work leading to permanent hire.
- Light work, parts are approx 5-10 lbs.
- $11.00/hr. to start with; $0.50 premium for the Midnight Shift;
- $0.50 increase after three months of hire;
- Increased pay when hired permanently;
- Benefits offered after 3 months of being permanent.
- Team environment with ongoing training provided.
- 4% vacation pay on each paycheque. |
| qualifications: | What do you need to apply?
- 1 year recent experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Positive attitude and willing to learn;
- Attention to detail.
