Our client is looking to fill a temporary position for an Outbound Gatehouse Coordinator at their facility located in Milton!
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starters who are able to function in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye on detail and safety!
Job Duties:
- Check out trailers
- Print/track cut sheet and delivery schedule
- Preassign trailers for OB
- Morning update
- Non-store BOL pickup calls
- Heated trailer list for shunters
- Manage heated trailers
- Print BOLs
- Post seal audit info
- Target inquiries - BOLs
- OB trailer capacity
- Target inquiries - OB |
