A client in Cambridge is looking for a Collections Agent for their team. In this role you will be responsible for collecting on overdue accounts. You will be assigned to a specific portfolio to negotiate payment plans, provide information on account status, and provide solutions to bring accounts up to date. We are looking for ambitious, career oriented candidates looking for a new opportunity. |

Qualifications: |
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
1-2 years previous experience in a business setting
Collections experience is an asset
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate monetary discrepancies
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
