We are seeking an Project Manager to support our client, one of Canada's biggest energy management and automation firms, in their Edmonton office ( hybrid model). In this role, you will work full-time hours on a 6-month assignment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
•Act as the single point of contact for all internal and external customers throughout the life cycle of multiple orders.
•Collaborate with Sales representatives to review purchase orders and quotations, ensuring clean order entry.
•Convert orders based on the specific requirements outlined in purchase orders.
•Compile and issue approval and record drawings packages.
•Maintain awareness of drawing schedules to ensure timely release to manufacturing.
•Diligently manage the ‘change order’ process.
•Continuously monitor and effectively communicate order status to relevant parties.
•Ensure that customer deliverables meet Company's terms and conditions.
•Handle post-shipment tasks, including warranty claims and product returns.
•Regularly update and maintain order files with all pertinent order information.
•Initiate and facilitate team and client meetings as needed.
•Follow up and collaborate with distributors to resolve any claims and debit memos.
•Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Preferred project management experience of 1-3 years in electrical industry;
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM) would be an asset;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required;
• Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills;
• Effective communication and facilitation skills;
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task;
• General instructions will be provided, but is expected to perform tasks independently;
• Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems;
• CET or equivalent Electrical education/experience would be an asset
