• Evaluate and integrate JIRA cloud platform functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with extensive use of the JIRA cloud platform.
• Demonstrated ability to design and document processes, including expertise in swim lane diagramming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and a methodical approach to problem solving, capable of managing complex project requirements.
