Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Operating a double-stitch or triple-stitch industrial sewing machine
• Sewing various different materials from nylon, thick felts, vinyls, leather, etc
• Spooling sewing machines based on the material that is being sewed
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Quality and inspecting products finished
• Tidy up, clean the machine with the air hose, sweep the floor, etc.
• Cross train of different machines and departments
Qualifications
Who we are looking for?
• 2-3 years of a year of experience in industrial sewing
• Experience operating a double-stitch or triple-stitch industrial sewing machine
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure, know measurements such as, yard, feet, inches, diameters etc..
• Listen and follow directions from co-workers and management
• Steel toe shoes required
