Responsibilities
The main tasks of the Finance Manager - Process Improvement will be :
- Supervise the accounting team
- Optimize accounting processes to support company growth
- Integrate newly acquired companies
- Review monthly and annual financial statements and variance analyses
- Supervise and develop the skills of your team
- Prepares year-end files for audit and is the main contact for external auditors.
- Ad hoc mandates
Qualifications
To succeed in this role of Finance Manager - Process Improvement, you will need to :
- CPA
- Minimum of 8 years experience combining accounting firm and industry experience
- Experience in team supervision
- Bilingual
