-Management of the calendar and appointments of members of the executive
-Plan and coordinate appointments, meetings (on-site and off-site) and management events
- Diary and travel management
- Preparation and monitoring of documents
- Writing emails, letters and reports
- Pay bills o Monitor budgets and special projects
- Ensure the logistical organization of special projects or organized events (caterers, dinners, external delegations)
Qualifications sought
-Excellent linguistic and written skills in French and English
- Good MS Office suite skills
- Experience in a similar position
- Diploma in secretarial work, administration or any other equivalent diploma (asset)
--Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
