Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $22-26/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
In the role of a Customer Service and After Sales Support Agent, your key responsibilities include:
Swift and professional response to customer calls and emails.
Evaluation and comprehension of customer needs and expectations.
Presentation of optimal solutions to address customer inquiries.
Management of service requests, including accurate entry and efficient processing.
Facilitation of communication between customers, sales representatives, technicians, and customer service representatives.
Advising customers on products.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing quality after-sales service.
Handling customer complaints and ensuring follow-up.
Providing online training to business customers to optimize portal usage.
Providing support in case of need and assisting with mobile application usage difficulties.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Exceptional bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support after sales, customer service, contact centers, or troubleshooting. Alternatively, demonstrate your passion for computers and geeky enthusiasm.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt, learn, and demonstrate curiosity.
Analytical skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
Decision-making, initiative, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to grow within the company and contribute to team success.
Spanish is an asset but not mandatory.
