We are currently hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a company in Burlington. This role is a 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. This role offers full time hours and the ability to gain experience with a well-known organization. A normal day will include helping customers over the phone with their inquiries, problem solving any issues they may have, as well as data entry and administrative tasks.

Advantages

Responsibilities
-Accepting and responding to a volume of calls and emails with various questions, inquiries, concerns from clients
-Enter and maintain accurate client information in CRM
-Preparing and reviewing documentations
-Researching information to ensure accurate details are provided on either side; liaising between employee and provider where required
-Escalate any issues that are unable to be resolved on the initial interaction and ensure follow up
-Work with members and others to resolve discrepancies; payment forms, payments themselves etc.
-Managing documentation - Filing and copying
-Additional administrative duties upon request
Qualifications
-2-5 years of relevant experience
-Open to new grads
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Resourceful and strong interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software
-Detail oriented while meeting deadlines
