We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the heart of downtown Montreal.
- Position: Administrative Assistant
- Workplace: 100% face-to-face
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Salary: $45,000 to $55000
-Permanent position
- 3 weeks of vacation including 1 week at Christmas

Responsibilities
Reporting to the President, Financial Officer and Controller (collectively the “Administrators”), the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, maintaining the office (including supplies and equipment), managing incoming calls, mail and email, assisting with scheduling, and providing administrative support, as needed, such as:
- Drafting, revising and finalizing correspondence, agreements and any other documents in
accordance with handwritten, dictated and working notes, precedents and/or Administrators’ instructions, which may include memos, letters, emails, reports, presentations and proposal documents.
- Applying writing and editing skills to all their work, ensuring accuracy and completeness
(including formatting, spelling and grammar).
Qualifications
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Clerical skills, including organization and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams) and Acrobat Adobe Pro
• Real estate experience, an asset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English is a must (both oral and written), fluency in French is a plus (both oral and written)
