35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
Telecommuting 1-2 days a week
Salary between $55,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Administrative management
Draft correspondence, minutes and reports
Member follow-up and close collaboration with Member Coordinator
Manage purchase requisitions, invoicing and payments
Qualifications
Bilingual, both written and spoken
Excellent writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion, productivity and resourcefulness
Logical thinking and management of priorities
Good command of IT tools. (Excel strong)
Summary
