register with Randstad
In order to take full advantage of all the benefits of doing business with Canada's largest recruitment agency, you must open an employment file with one of our staffing consultants.
Apply for a job advertised in the newspaper or on the Internet
Every résumé sent to us by e-mail or by fax is reviewed by a consultant. If we feel that your work experience matches the criteria for the advertised position, a consultant will call you to conduct a preliminary assessment of your job search situation. He or she will give you an honest opinion about whether or not Randstad can meet your current needs. If you are interested in Randstad's services and the advertised position, the consultant will set up a face-to-face interview to get to know you better and open your file with us.
Visit a branch in person
A staffing consultant will invite you to sit and talk together for a few minutes to determine whether Randstad can be of service to you. If time permits for both the consultant and yourself, it is possible that the consultant will conduct a preliminary assessment of your job search situation immediately. So when you visit Randstad, be sure to bring a copy of your résumé with you.
Phone a branch
You can also contact your nearest Randstad branch directly, by phone. Your call will be answered by a staffing consultant, who will be happy to talk to you about the type of job you are looking for. You will then be transferred to a consultant who specializes in your type of job. In some cases, because of your career interests or home location, the consultant may advise you to call another Randstad branch and give you the contact information you need.
