As Country Manager for Randstad Canada, Jan Hein Bax has played an integral role in establishing and strengthening Randstad Canada’s leading position as the Canadian leader for staffing, recruitment and HR Services, while always supporting the company’s mission to shape the Canadian world of work. Jan Hein leads Randstad Canada’s Executive team in setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

Since joining Randstad in 2006, Jan Hein has completed extensive training in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. He served as General Manager of Randstad Spain and assumed his current role of Country Manager of Randstad Canada in 2011.

As Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Randstad Canada, Andrew Dillane has national responsibility for leading the creation and delivery of the overall e-business strategy aimed to further business goals. As a member of Randstad Canada’s Executive team, he is one of six executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 2001, Andrew has held positions ranging from Vice President for Customer Service and Administration and Director of Information Technology to Chief Information Officer. Andrew joined the Executive team in 2008 for his current role of Group Chief Information Officer.

As President of Randstad Staffing, Marc-Etienne Julien has national responsibility for the Staffing operations as well as the Randstad In-House Services division. As a member of Randstad Canada’s Executive team, he is one of six executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 2001, Marc-Etienne Julien has held positions ranging from Staffing Consultant, Account Manager, Branch Manager and Market Manager to Regional Vice President for Staffing. Marc-Etienne joined the Executive team in 2010 for his current role of President of Randstad Staffing.

As President of Randstad Technologies & Enterprise Sales, Tom Turpin has national responsibility for securing, growing and managing Randstad Canada’s largest accounts while driving sales within the Technologies line of business. As a member of Randstad Canada’s Executive team, he is one of six executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 1997, Tom has held positions ranging from Resource Manager, Account Manager, Client Executive and Branch Manager to Vice President of Sales. He joined the Executive team in 2009 as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Tom assumed his current role of President, Randstad Technologies and Enterprise Sales in 2012.

As Executive Vice President of Major Account Delivery, Steve MacKinnon has national responsibility for overseeing the development of Randstad Canada’s largest clients. He also manages the country’s central delivery teams and all delivery components for the HR services team. As a member of Randstad Canada’s Executive team, he is one of six executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 1996, Steve has held positions ranging from Resource Manager, Account Manager, Client Executive and Director of Channel Solutions to Vice President of Sales for Randstad Technologies. Steve joined the Executive team in 2010 for his current role of Executive Vice President of Major Account Delivery.

As Chief People Officer for Randstad Canada, Gina Ibghy has national responsibility for Business Strategies, Organizational Development, Human Resources and continuous improvement initiatives. As a member of Randstad Canada’s Executive team, she is one of six executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Randstad Canada.

With over 14 years of progressive leadership, change management and organizational development experience, Gina joined Randstad Canada in March 2012 as Director of Organizational Development. She joined the Executive team in July 2012 as Vice-President of Organizational Development and Human Resources. She assumed her current role of Chief People Officer in March 2013.
