Responsibilities
- Internal and external customer service
- Order entry and management
- Order review and review of delivery schedules
- Keeping updated customer records of communication and orders
- Daily usage of MS Excel
- Supporting the sales team as required
Qualifications
- 3 + Years of customer service experience in a B2B setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Order entry and order management experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency, including Excel
- Experience with PowerBI is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Strong problem solving skills
